The Design I want is out of stock, will it restock?
If an item is not available on this store it will not be restocked. Seasonal items will only get restocked if they are at high demand. Preorders will determine restock quantities. “Last chance” designs will not get restocked. So get it while you can! I will announce preorder/restock date/times and low-stock listings via IG @SwensonaDesigns
Is there a way to fix a bent post?
Yes! Place a rubber clutch on the pin post, then gently (and SLOWLY) push the needle back in place. A pair of pliers would work well too. If the post is wobbly a little super glue should help.
Do you do commissions?
Business commissions for contract work are open. Personal commissions are closed.

My package isn't here!?! What do I do?

 

Please contact your local post office first!

 

Once the package leaves my hands and is in USPS's possession, I no longer have any control over the package. I provide tracking on all domestic orders, so please follow the progress there!

 

Most likely there was an issue in the provided address or for some reason the post is holding onto it or may have delivered it to the wrong place.

 

If a package is returned to me due to an incorrect address, I can resend it as long as the customer covers the return shipping fee.

Notes:

There is a no way to file a claim unless the customer paid for the “priority mail” option that includes $50 added insurance, in which case the customer would be able to file the claim for their lost package.

In past circumstances that I’ve seen customers inquire about their packages, the steps that the USPS lead them in-person or online requests to find their “missing package”. From what I’ve learned, The USPS distribution centers are “unmanned”, meaning that In times where there are an unprecedented amount of packages shipped at the same time, (COVID Christmas shopping times being the most prevalent time for errors) there are only machines may be prone to delivery errors that lead to delays.

SwensonaDesigns LLC is not responsible for filing claims on your behalf, claims files, missing packages or USPS related issues. It is the customer's responsibility to inquire promptly with their Local Post office on status of their missing packages in order to have a higher chance to retrieve them.

How long until my order is shipped?

 

I typically mail orders out within 1-3 business days! I will try my best to get it to you as soon as possible. I am a one person operation here, so when large releases happen or there are delays/holidays, there might be a slight delay in shipping time! Thank you for understanding ♥

How long until my order arrives?

 

All domestic orders have tracking so you can follow your order as it arrives to your doorstep. Typically orders take 2-5 business after shipment to arrive however arrival times can be affected by holidays, natural disasters, distance etc. 

 

Most international orders do not have tracking, and typically take 2-4 weeks to arrive!

Shipping time and fulfillment of clothing will vary because they ship from a print-on-demand facility.

What if I purchase a pre-order item?

If you order in-stock items alongside a pre-order-item, then any in-stock items will be placed on hold until the preorder arrives.

If you wish to have them shipped separately, you will need to place two separate orders (the pre-order item separate from in-stock items) and pay the shipping for both orders.

If you place separate orders for pre-order items that are estimated to arrive at separate times, the items will ship separately.

If you place a single order for pre-order items that are estimated to arrive at the same time, the items will ship together.

Preorder details are subject to small changes, and delivery dates are estimated and may take longer depending on production.

Preorders are not refundable, even if there is a shipping delay or production related Issue. 

Preordered designs may have colors that differ from the original mockup. This is normal, and due to the process in which enamel and metals are applied. Small variations from the original design can and will occur. 

 

If I make multiple orders, can you combine them for me to save on shipping?

No, we do NOT combine orders and refund shipping. We also cannot add items to your order due to restrictions from our 3rd party warehouse. For items that sell out quickly, it is best to place the order with every item you want all together at one time so that you do not miss out when awaiting a reply from customer service. We are not responsible for customers missing out on an item that sold out quickly. 

We also do not allow "add ons" to orders that have an applied coupon/sale after the coupon/sale window.

I forgot to add my coupon, can you add it for my order?

No. Coupons cannot be retroactively added to an order. We also do not allow "add-ons" to orders that have an applied coupon/sale after the coupon/sale window.

 

What shipping options are available?

 

For domestic (US) orders, packages will be sent via USPS First Class Shipping (3-5 Postal Business Days) or USPS Priority (1-3 Postal Business days).

 

International Orders will be shipped via USPS First class international (6-10 Postal Business Days, with tracking) or International 30day Shipping (2-4 weeks, Tracking IS NOT GUARANTEED). (All international flat rate options use this shipping for pin/sticker orders)

With Covid-19 effect on delivery services, shipping times are difficult to predict accurately. We do not have any control over USPS shipping, and we appreciate your patience.

What if I want to refund my pin/cancel my order?

Refunds are only available for orders that are canceled within the first 24 hours of your. If your order has been shipped out then we do not accept refunds

Additional Delivery Related Issues

The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. It is your (the Customer's) responsibility to file any claim with a carrier for a lost shipment if carrier tracking indicates that the Product was delivered. In such cases, SwensonaDesigns will not make any refunds and will not resend the Product.

SwensonaDesigns will review replacement/return requests only if (a) there is a missing Product, or a shipping error that is at the fault of SwensonaDesigns Shop and (b) SwensonaDesigns receives a complaint within 30 days from the day the Product was delivered or within 30 days after the estimated delivery date, if the Product is missing with no delivery confirmation or tracking number.
